Ann is an accomplished trainer in radio and television interview and presentation skills. She has worked with a wide variety of people from bishops to bankers to prepare them for appearing in the media. She has particular expertise in consumer rights. She has conducted media training workshops in Romania as an international expert on a consumer protection project and has carried out similar work on behalf of the European Union in Malta and Lithuania. Her latest project was in Ukraine. She has also worked on projects for The Electoral Commission and Ofcom and has facilitated on behalf of the Central Office of Information at seminars across England. She has worked with a women's charity helping them raise awareness of domestic violence, and with NHBC as a member of their Council and Consumer Committee. She has worked on an HLF funded project on Songs of Separation and an Erasmus project for the European Union.

Ann's professional career began at the BBC, she has been a Producer at Talk Radio and LBC and
Head of Production at an independent production company.

She has also been a lecturer in radio at the University of Bedfordshire and has trained volunteers at a
community radio station in West London in radio presentation skills.
